- Justin is a Fellow of the National
Association of Estate Agents and a Member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents.
He has held senior positions with international surveyors and estate agents both in the UK and the Middle East.
Prior to purchasing 4 Sale & 2 Let he spent 7 years working as an estate agent in Central London, selling homes in
prime locations such as Mayfair, Hyde Park, St. John’s Wood, Hampstead and Little Venice. Justin’s vision is to build
on the reputation of 4 Sale & 2 Let, as one of the most respected and widely known Estate Agents in Brighton & Hove.
He has invested in state of the art IT systems and brings leading edge sales and marketing tools
and techniques to the Brighton market.

Originating from Scotland, Sally has chosen to adopt Brighton as her home, and has lived here since 2005.
She is a qualified designer with a management background in both independent property and blue chip national companies.
Sally has a passion for property and brings a unique mix of creative, managerial and organisational skills to the business.

Tony brings with him a wealth of sales experience in sales, marketing, and property development.
Tony works in both our sales and lettings departments and as a seasoned landlord with a regional portfolio of properties,

- Hailing from a prominent South London estate agents Andrew joined the company in 2008.
His career in lettings started in 2002, so he has brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.
Andrew has fully adapted to the Brighton & Hove market and has been successful in expanding our managed portfolio.

- Nick joined the company in 2009 and has established himself as a strong member
of the sales team. He has lived in Brighton since 2005 and graduated in 2008 from the University of Sussex with a Bachelor
of Science degree in chemistry. His enthusiasm and work ethic are a fantastic addition. Nick plans to start studying for his
National Association of Estate Agents exams in 2010.

- Sophie is responsible for our significant managed property portfolio,
including carrying out inspections and arranging repairs and maintenance. Sophie has built up an excellent reputation
which has resulted in a rapidly increasing portfolio of properties for her to manage. She is a long time Brighton and Hove resident.

- Will works part time in both our Brighton & Hove offices between his studies as an
under graduated at the University of Sussex where he is in his 3rd year reading Business & Management Studies. Will enjoys playing
football and squash in his spare time and is a keen skier and former British national cross country ski champion.

- Paul graduated from Brighton University with an honours degree in
Architecture. He has been a Brighton resident since 2005 and loves living and working in the city.
He is interested in arts, culture, modern literature and current affairs.
Paul is committed to bringing the best level of service to our landlords and tenants,
and aims to ensure that all maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
