Applicant Database
We have a large, constantly updated database of prospective tenants looking to rent in Brighton & Hove. We will match your property to our current list of applicants and notify them that your property is available. This can often generate viewings on day one of marketing.

Referencing
All our tenants are fully referenced by an independent agency. They will take up an employment reference to ensure affordability, as well as a current landlord reference to ensure that they have paid the rent and looked after their last property. They will also check for bad credit history, County Court Judgements and Bankruptcy Orders.

Brochures
Our eye catching, colourful brochures are a great tool with which to market your property. They include internal and external photos as well as room measurements and information about council tax and parking. The brochure will be displayed in the window of both our branches as well as being available to download from our website

Our website also has an online registration form which generates a massive number of new applicant leads every month. |

We currently have a weekly ad in the Latest Homes magazine which is available free from all newsagents and estate agents throughout Brighton and Hove and its surroundings and is considered to be the 'property bible'. We also have a monthly ad in the Brighton 'G Scene' magazine. |
